As members of the community, we use technology every day to communicate with friends, family, colleagues, and even medical providers. We are able to easily and quickly share images, videos, audio messages, and locations. In an emergency situation, we expect to be able to communicate as efficiently and effectively with 911 services as we do in our everyday lives. Unfortunately, 911 callers and dispatchers often face obstacles that make communicating in an emergency even more difficult.

What level of responsibility do elected officials have to ensure their citizens share equitable access to emergency medical services, fire, and police?  How can those responsibilities be met in an ever changing environment, both operationally and economically?

Our mission at Ritter Strategic Services is to assist public safety officials on the local, regional, and state level to understand and meet these expectations for the safety of their citizens.
